How price matching works

We normally need:
  • A current quote from a genuine UK repair business.
  • The same or reasonably comparable device, repair and part quality.
  • Enough information to verify the competitor offer.

Fonebook may decline requests that cannot be verified, are expired, are marketplace/private-seller offers, use materially different part quality or repair scope, or contain incomplete proof. Approval and expiry are confirmed by Fonebook staff after review.
