When contacting us about an existing repair, include your booking/job reference where possible. For a Price Match request, include the Price Match reference. For Rewards/Wallet help, include the phone number linked to your Fonebook Rewards account.
Rewards & Google Wallet help
Fonebook Rewards remains the authoritative loyalty account. A Google Wallet or Apple Wallet pass is an optional way to display the same membership information. If a Wallet pass does not update, is missing, or has been added to the wrong account, contact Fonebook support and we can check the Fonebook Rewards record.
