When contacting us about an existing repair, include your booking/job reference where possible. For a Price Match request, include the Price Match reference. For Rewards/Wallet help, include the phone number linked to your Fonebook Rewards account.
Rewards & Google Wallet help
Fonebook Rewards remains the authoritative loyalty account. A Google Wallet or Apple Wallet pass is an optional way to display the same membership information. If a Wallet pass does not update, is missing, or has been added to the wrong account, contact Fonebook support and we can check the Fonebook Rewards record.
Complaints and repair concerns
If something is not right with a repair or service, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and give us the opportunity to inspect the device or review the issue. Nothing on this support page limits your statutory consumer rights.
