Using this website

These terms apply to use of the Fonebook website. Separate terms apply to repairs, price matching and Rewards. By using the website you agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful/malicious material or use automated methods in a way that harms the service.

Information, prices and availability

We try to keep repair information and prices accurate. A website price is subject to confirmation for the exact device, fault, part quality and repair scope. If inspection shows additional work is needed, we will seek your approval before carrying out chargeable additional work unless you have already authorised it.

AI and automated assistance

AI-generated answers and automated model matching are provided to make the service quicker, but may be incomplete or wrong. Important decisions about a repair, complaint, refund, warranty claim or price match should be confirmed by Fonebook staff.

Connected Google services

Authorised Fonebook administrators may connect a Google Business Profile to Social Studio using Google OAuth. By starting that connection, the administrator confirms that they are authorised to grant Fonebook access to the selected Business Profile and to use the connected tools on behalf of Fonebook.

When connected, Social Studio may use Google Business Profile APIs to discover the available Fonebook Business Profile account/location and to publish content that an authorised administrator chooses to publish or schedule. Fonebook does not receive the administrator's Google password. The connection can be disconnected in Social Studio or revoked through the relevant Google Account.

Google services and APIs are provided by Google and may change, become unavailable or impose approval, quota or policy requirements. Fonebook cannot guarantee continuous availability of a third-party Google API. Use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding and original materials belong to or are licensed to FONEBOOK LTD. FONEBOOK® is used as a registered trade mark. You may not present yourself as Fonebook, copy our branding for commercial use or imply affiliation without permission.

Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and nothing affects rights you have under consumer law. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
